Meet Andréa

Andréa Vieira is a seasoned trial lawyer with a proven record of success in both state and federal courts.

The crash left her with serious spinal injuries and a dislocated kneecap that needed surgery, she had a year of painful injections and eventually a rhizotomy. She has taken on governments, corporations, and insurance companiesand won.

Today, Andréa is a seasoned trial lawyer with more than 25 years of legal experience. In 2023, she won a unanimous federal jury verdict in Howard v. Groovera civil rights case involving Eighth and First Amendment claims. She has also served on the trial team that secured a $29.5 million personal injury verdict. Her extensive trial experience, ranges from personal injury and civil rights cases to defending clients accused of first-degree murder. She has tried cases to verdict in front of juries in both state and federal court, and has served as appointed counsel in felony criminal cases, the Adult Drug Court diversion program, and under the Federal Pro Bono Program in civil rights matters.
Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, and conversational in French, Andréa draws on her multicultural background having lived and studied in Brazil, England, and the United States- to connect with clients from all walks of life.
